Our Mission at Legal Document Assistance LLC

Navigating the legal system on your own can feel overwhelming. We're here to make the paperwork side easier and more affordable.
Affordable — Our fees are a fraction of what attorneys charge. We help you save money without sacrificing accuracy.
Accurate — We take care to ensure every form is completed precisely, based on the information you provide.
Transparent — We are always clear about what we can and cannot do. No surprises.
Bilingual Service — We proudly serve South Florida's diverse communities and offer services in English and Spanish.
Local & Accessible — Based in South Florida, we understand the local courts and procedures that affect your documents.
Your Case, Your Decisions — You remain in control at every step. We work under your direction, not the other way around.

Step 1 — Consultation
You tell us what documents you need to prepare. We provide general information about the process and the forms involved. We do not advise you on your legal rights or strategy.
Step 2 — Disclosure & Agreement
Before we begin, you will review and sign a Notice of Limitation of Services Provided and Disclosure from Nonlawyer (Florida Family Law Form 12.900(a)). This form is required by Florida law and protects you by clearly explaining what we can and cannot do.
Step 3 — You Provide Your Information
You supply all the information to be included in your documents. We type and organize that information onto the appropriate forms you have selected.
Step 4 — Review & Finalization
We review the completed forms with you to confirm accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing all documents before signing or filing.
Step 5 — Filing Assistance
We can assist you with filing your completed documents with the appropriate court or agency. Filing fees are your responsibility and are paid directly to the court.

• Divorce & Family Law — Petitions for dissolution of marriage (with or without children), parenting plans, child support forms, financial affidavits, and marital settlement agreements
• Wills & Estate Planning Documents — Last will and testament, durable power of attorney, health care surrogate designation, and living wills
• Landlord-Tenant & Evictions — Completion of Florida Supreme Court-approved eviction forms based on information you provide in writing
• Immigration Forms — Clerical assistance typing your information onto USCIS forms, based solely on what you provide (we do not advise on immigration strategy or represent you before any agency)
• Probate — Summary administration and related documents
• Civil & General — Affidavits, name changes, deeds, and other court forms
All documents are prepared based on the information and direction you provide. We do not select forms for you or advise you on which documents are appropriate for your situation.

Please note:
Legal Document Assistance LLC is NOT a law firm and is NOT owned or operated by attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions of any kind. We do not represent clients in court or at any legal proceeding.
We are a non-attorney legal document preparation service. All services are provided at the specific direction of our clients. It is your responsibility to determine what forms are needed for your matter. If you require legal advice, we encourage you to consult with a licensed Florida attorney.
Our services are intended solely for self-represented (pro se) individuals who have chosen to handle their own legal matters.
I help you complete and prepare legal forms correctly the first time. From family law forms to small claims paperwork, I walk you through every field, and make sure nothing is left blank or filled out incorrectly.
Perfect for: divorce forms, child support filings, eviction responses, name changes, and more
Once your documents are ready, It'll help you understand the filing process — where to go, what to bring, how many copies you need, and what to expect.
I help take the guesswork out of filing so you don't have to walk into the courthouse wondering if you've done it right.
Perfect for: pro se litigants, first-time filers, and anyone navigating the court system on their own.
I am not la Lawyer, and don't give legal advice.
I sit with you, understand your situation, and help you get your paperwork done right.
I treat every client with dignity, patience,
and care — because behind every document is
a real person going through something important.
*We are not a law firm, attorney, paralegal, law clerk, or legal assistant. We do not provide legal representation, advice, or advocacy in any way, shape, or form. If you need legal advice or representation in court, please contact the Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service.
In keeping with Florida law and our commitment to ethical, transparent service, there are things we are not permitted to do:
• We cannot give you legal advice or tell you what the law means for your situation
• We cannot recommend which forms to file or what legal strategy to pursue
• We cannot represent you in court, at hearings, or before any government agency
• We cannot appear at immigration interviews or sign immigration forms on your behalf
• We cannot tell you how to answer questions on a form — we type what you tell us
If at any point your matter requires legal advice or representation, we will refer you to a licensed Florida attorney.
We believe in being upfront about these limits — because you deserve to know exactly what you're getting.
